Out of all the cases of animal cruelty, one might be the worst guy on the block: overbreeding.
Without a doubt, the true victims in this horrific factory farm system are the dogs themselves, confined to small cages and never allowed to feel sunshine on their fur.
And, indeed, Frank was just one of them!
This tiny, odd-looking Bully girl was utterly adrift — found under a bush where the breeder had finally tired of her.
What Is Her Breed?
So, when a nice lady found Frankie lying underneath a bush, she was utterly heartbroken. This ridiculously mini girl was dumped, through no fault of her own, after being held captive by a backyard breeder.
Erica, a rescuer based in Scottsdale, Arizona, came to the rescue with her family after the woman said she could not keep you!
She was discovered curled up underneath a bush. The sentence is not in the correct format or contains unnecessary details.) A woman took her into her home but didn’t want to adopt her,” Erica said.
They took Frankie on a foster basis but said they would do anything to make sure she could be adopted by the next family.
And only a fool would find a good reason to abandon something as adorable as Frankie. Well, the vet then got in there for an initial exam – and they were bang on!
Frankie arrived with a short nose (due to overbreeding), thick intestines, rotten teeth and cropped ears. This made her life so hard she was unable to be a normal doggo.
Now she was dealing with an array of problems because some asshole wanted Frankie to be a miniature Bully.
Of course, with her problems with the intestines, she was so hungry all the time but never absorbed anything of it in her body. Also, her nose prevented her from breathing properly.
However, Erica wanted to give Frankie an advantage. They had done much to make her comfortable, giving TLC and all. But first, they opted to DNA test her, and both of them were shocked by the result!
“We did her DNA test. She also had 44 half relatives living. So that means there is a giant ring somewhere and she just was not invited,” Erica quips.
Sleeping Beauty, Or Is She?
These days, Frankie has a wonderful little life, built only through tireless work to meet her family on her own terms. And in return – she gave back, in the best way.
Frankie slid right into family life, nutured her inner-cute psycho.
In an instant, she goes from asleep to awake. She enjoys playing, snuggling, wrestling with other dogs and sleeping in the strangest possible positions!
Whether it’s piled on top of other dogs, on the couch, or just dangling off the bed, she can do it all!
The unique thing about Frankie that really shocked her family was her personality.
So it was only a matter of time: love at first sight, really (her dad!) All the plans are out of the window, and in agreement, this one is a keeper!
Frankie now lives in her new home in Arizona, where she loves and behaves herself around her housemates.
She has a fresh new adventure every day with her doggo siblings. She sniffs, she walks, she runs, and she zoomies everywhere. Most of all, she loves cuddles, love shower & fidelity!
Frankie now has the world at her paws—everything she could ever wish to conquer as an overbred pup with no place in this life.
