Melissa, a woman with an enormous heart, needed so much love — after she and her husband lost their baby in a miscarriage.
As time went on, he finally started thinking of ways to cheer them up, and suggested they consider a puppy.
Unfortunately for Melissa, she wanted to have a baby first. Still, she soon nodded her head, saying that bringing a dog would be perfect for becoming their family.
Simon Arrives At His Home
Then came Simon and with him a world of joy and love. He was an adorable boi who won over their hearts instantly.
Just a few weeks after the cute little doggy came to their home and made their days much brighter, Melissa was pregnant again.
Just when it started to get better, the family began seeing a glimmer of hope.
Unfortunately, the family endured a second heartbreak as Melissa had to terminate her pregnancy due to some medical complications.
Simon was perceptive to his parents’ feelings, and he immediately sensed their sadness.
The caring dog reassured them, remained beside their side, and loved on them.

The two spent happy days with the pup. They loved him [so] and he was their son.
The third time is a charm, as they say, and three gorgeous girls made Simon and his parents complete.
The Pup Makes The Best Kind Of Big Brother
Melissa couldn’t initially step out of the house alone with their first-born baby as she didn’t know how her husband would react to what his first born home with his mommy.
His parents fell in love with how sweet and gentle Simon was being to the baby. The dog was head over heels with his little human sister, just like his mom and dad were.
Melissa is Simon’s biggest fan and calls him her first baby!
“He was my first baby. He guided me through some really dark times. He’s my pup,” she concluded.
Melissa, a working mom with 3 kids (need I say more) She feels a bit guilty sometimes because she and Simon dont spend as much time together as they used to.
But she knows that it is a natural thing because there are more people in their house now.
A doggo with a family who is always taking them out. He enjoys playing and running around with his sisters. He takes them home from school a lot.
