Dogs are mostly dependent on us for love and care. However, there are so many more depressing tales of abandoned dogs and strays being forced to survive alone on the streets of large cities.
But also some touching moments, when good people take things into their own hands and do everything to help these helpless creatures.
The greatest good deed done by one Good Samaritan was to go to the park every day to feed a poor doggo.
However, the most heartwarming part of the tale was yet to come.
Little Ones Matter
I was out feeding her a couple of times and this dog just showed up, all of a sudden from behind bush, with her puppy in her mouth. Like any momma would do for her kid, to this momma dog, her kids life was the most important thing and it was clear she was asking him for help.
The kind gentleman knew right away what it was about and followed her. There was a large sofa at the location, and a mother and her three puppies were underneath the sofa.
He couldn’t escape from being my heart and morale over this and right then made up his mind to take action.
He was carrying a cage and took one puppy after another in arms. While this brave mother was smiling momentarily, the smile quickly faded from her face because she came to realize that this human being had the best of intentions.
Having put all three babies in the cage, he tenderly took and placed the mom in the gentle embrace beside her little darlings.
She immediately perked back up with a warm, gentle smile because she knew her little family was finally going to be safe.
Pure Mother Love
This man helped find shelter for the mom and her puppies inside his house, where many other dogs found their haven as well. He ensured they were 100% comfy at home and nothing was lacking.
But, he made one “mistake”. When they got there, he got a bowl of dog food and after deciding that putting it in front of the mama dog to take care of her hunger was the right type thing to do.
At first she merely took a couple of tiny bites. Then she chewed a big chunk of food, but then she didn’t swallow it. Like at the start of this tale, she was putting the first needs of her babies before herself, so she didn’t care too much about her family.
So instead, she walked through a crowd of people in the rooms filled with a ton of other dogs in her mouth until she got to get to the cage where her babies were.
She fed all her little ones one by one, and just like the first time, a smile appeared on her face immediately. This was love and love only a mother can have for her children.
Ultimately, this beautiful tale illustrated how great moments are made by true love — be it from a mother to her children or a man to his best furry friend.
