Although winter can be one of the most rejuvenating seasons of the year for many, it can also be one of the most merciless for animals fighting for their very existence.
Many times strays would search for a warm spot to curl up and try to keep warm, but that can be difficult especially in heavily inhabited areas.
There are few, so they have to make do with the little they have and it always ends poorly for them.
But for the puppies we are going to talk about today, they were hiding behind dumpster in below freezing weather but at least did manage to get some attention drawn to them.
One day, a team of rescuers was called toward a couple of pups hiding behind a dumpster, battling the freezing elements while just attempting to stay alive.
They dashed over in their fastest gear, hoping to lend a helping hand. When I got to them, it was just heartbreakingly obvious that they were on the edge of survival.
Their rescuers described them as suffering from hypothermia and said they would not survive much longer, adding: ‘You’ve got to get them somewhere warm.’
I was rushed to a shelter, and something horrific occurred en route. Not all the puppies survived.
It was just devastating for them that he died of hypothermia. Still, they couldn’t turn back now.
The three puppies there wound up needing immediate medical help, and there was still hope.
They got them warmed up right after they got there with food and water.

No wonder they were walking with hunger, after all, no one really knows when they last ate uterine.
Another Big Surprise
They were starting to pick up from the chill that they had been discovered in, gaining strength as the days rolled past. Well, they were indeed fortunate to have discovered them when they did.
And one of the rescuers felt unable to get the situation to rest, and after some investigating discovered that they had been dumped there by their previous owner.

He said he just wanted them out of his life, so he dumped them next to a rubbish bin without caring what happened next.
But she learned one curious fact at the same time. There were other puppies itself there, just had to be located.
After an extensive hunt, they discovered three others and were able to rescue them just in the nick of time. They were all out of the woods, and now it was time for them to heal.
Although they[some puppies] were still traumatized from what had happened to them, they were recovering in the hands of their great rescuers.
Plus, they had each other to lean on. They played every day, explored, and took long naps.
They went through so much really early in their life but was just incredible to see how much they changed.

However, things were only going to get even better. The rescue group had placed them for adoption to find them a new family.
Fortunately, it happened quite fast, and now they are all living happy lives in their forever homes. I’m very glad it all turned out so nicely for them.
