Ollie was the most matted dog she had ever seen, with trash tangled in his fur as if he had lived on the streets forever.
“She’s got so many mats. She’s definitely been on the street…or she was mistreated, and they never took care of her,” Natalie says in the video.
“She doesn’t even care about the food. I think she just wants to be taken care of,” she adds.
