“I carefully got my slip lead around her head. She fought me like crazy, but we weren’t letting go,” Suzette recalled. With some help from a kind neighbor who brought in a trap, they successfully secured the pup inside.

Once they were able to approach her safely, they made an unexpected discovery: she was pregnant! This revelation added another layer of urgency to their mission.
