Last year in in May I purchased a silver female Mollie and a small male red platy. Last week the Mollie gave birth to a red platy. He’s been mating with her all the time. I thought he was confused. The article states that this is impossible. But I have living proof that shows otherwise.

I have noticed on some of my danio, I think the females, have a longer tail kinda shaped like a boomerang. On the tail the top fin in smaller than the bottom fin. Like a boomerang. But not on all. Does anyone else notice that because I’ve researched it and can’t found any answers anywhere?

I adopted a hamster that was totally hostile. She has a very large cage, with lots of toys and places to explore, hide and dig. She has lots of room to run, as well as a wheel, which she does use. I clean her cage very regularly. However she still bit whenever my hand was near her. She would try to bite the scoop as l was cleaning her litter. One day, while singing to her, l trailed a piece of tissue across her head, basically caressed her head with it. She stood completely still and let me do it again. She closes her eyes and looks like she is savouring the experience. Eventually with the back of my finger, l could gently caress her ears and face, and the length of her. Several times l have been able to scoop and hold her….sometimes with her favourite foods in my hand…chia seeds, hemp hearts, sesame seeds. She has required a lot of time and patience, but she is becoming a friendly little girl.

This man on the video is wrong about the shedding, I have labs, and have had them for years. They shed 2 times per year, that is it, I use a furmagator and try to get it off at once, and that is the end of it. And mine are in and out of the house, I have no problem with the shedding.

yes they have most shades of greens and often copper for eye color.
if you are ever unsure what your cat’s breed is you can take a test

In reply to Joyce. Do not use bitter spray, it is actually bad for ferrets. They do this when they are bored or want out. Try adding more toys. Hanging toys and ways to distract your ferret. This should help.
