Karla got her first dog ever in 2021 and never knew how much a little creature could change your life! That she had never wanted a dog to begin with but then Tessa appeared.
Karla arrived at her friend house to help put all news in order after her friend mom passed away.
Then she spotted Tessa, only four months old, tied up in a backyard.
As soon as she saw the sweet pup, her heart broke and she fell in love! Karla took Tessa home, her family no longer wanted the little girl and Karla promised to make sure that Tessa had a good life.
Begin Life In A Loving Home
With her new mom, Tessa was still adjusting to a life that felt renewed.
She seems content to live in a loving home and cuddle with her mom.
When Karla took the pup to a dog park for just the second time, she was beside herself with happiness. Tessa went running and it was fun.
With Tessa being a little dynamo, she took up dog sports later (with great success!).
She enjoys the time of outdoors with her family entourage. On one of their walks, Tessa and her family heard a tiny kitten in distress.

Both Karla and her husband tried to help, but neither could decide where the meows were coming from.
Tessa had been intently tuned in to the pleas of help.
When Karla finally released her leash, the dog raced toward the shrub and discovered a tiny kitten that would later become known as Circe.
Circe had matted eyes so badly, she could not even open them – at the time.
She was taken to the vet by the couple and once she was better, they took her back home and cared for her. The lovable kitten stole their hearts and they made her a permanent family member.
Tessa doted on the tiny kitten like her own child and they became inseperable. They became inseparable.

Revealing Tessa’s Secret Talent
Now, Karla always knew that Tessa was a bright dog, but one of her talents took her by surprise.
Karla would occasionally black out after an accident. Tessa comforted her mom as best she could.
So in tune with her mom that the pup knew when to expect a faint.
Tessa was not trained to see an alteration in a human body temperature or heart rate, so Karla was shocked when she alerted her before she fainted.
‘She would jump up on the bed, she was running to me and jumping on the bed, as if saying, you have to lay down right now — something is going on,’ Karla said.
Another piece of evidence these are no coincidences: Tessa right here in the story. Karla and her fur baby were fated to rescue one another.
